Ok, i got the login window up now, but i don't have an account, so i cannot
test any further. This seems to be a dsound bug and there's a regression as
well.

By using native dsound, or move away all files from
local/assets_light/soundfx/* the crash is gone, but then only a white window
shows up:
err:wgl:X11DRV_wglShareLists Could not share display lists, context already
created !
fixme:wgl:X11DRV_wglGetSwapIntervalEXT (),stub!
fixme:wgl:X11DRV_wglGetSwapIntervalEXT (),stub!

By reverting back to wine-0.9.22 the login window comes up fine
