For the record, unless the program doesn't function, it's not a bug. Though in
this case it does, so updating summary.

Program crashes on run with:
wine: Call from 0x7b844300 to unimplemented function
msvcirt.dll.??0logic_error@@QAE at ABQBD@Z, aborting
wine: Call from 0x7b844300 to unimplemented function
msvcirt.dll.??0logic_error@@QAE at ABV0@@Z, aborting

Confirming in wine 0.9.57.
