[Bug 12030] MozyHome: backup service does not work

The problems I've found so far:

1) The mozybackup service is not installed properly. This needs a proper SCM as
we  tell the app it's already installed while it's not (just some registry keys
are present). Luckily somebody is working on implementing a services.exe

2) The mozyfilter system driver is not installed. Using a native setupapi gets
you a little bit further but than we start having issues with crypt32/wintrust.
Using those native as well still doesn't make the driver install.

This is all with current git which has XP as the default. I haven't checked
other Windows versions.
