Yes, I did tried with new ~/.wine  (mv .wine .wine.old  and then new MS Office
install). 

There are actually two bugs, which can be related or not related and they
could've been introduced in different wine versions.

First bug is with message "This application must be installed to run. ...".  
Second bug is that it is impossible to register installed newly  MS Office. I
will try to do regression test.
