I've used major, because it says:

Major loss of functionality for a wide range of applications

And I don't know how many, but I believe many games/apps are using
Timeshift-alike installer, and this prevents users from installing these apps -
that might stand for wide range of applications, and major loss is because it's
not working at all. But yes, next time I'll try to watch what severity level I
am choosing, sorry:) Cheers
