Can't tell as I'm just an user of this app.

On the top empty side of this print preview window, where application freezes
there should be a combobox with printer selection and some buttons with printer
settings: 
Button A: - opens regular printer settings window (with paper size,
orientation, print quality etc.)
Button B: - opens window where one can set additional printer settings using
check boxes. Options (translated roughly from polish) are: 
 - uncheck if your printer is not a postscript printer
 - check if your printer driver does not remember printing settings per
specific form
 - check if there are black lines on printouts instead of colour ones. 

There's also a Printer Test button which lets you print aligment lines (to
position forms on the printouts in case your printer has specific margin
settings etc.).

There's a button for choosing form colours. 

I'll attach small screenshot for those who can't see it in Windows. 

Looks like vendor is willing to help but they do not know where to look for the
bug, as they do not even have any Linux box with Wine to test and see this
problem.
