dod-source crash log (with debug symbols)

Hi,

Long time that I didn't try to run that game, I confirm the crash on gentoo,
using wine 0.57. I also confirm that comment #24 is a workaround for me.

Command line : WINEDEBUG=fixme-all nohup wine C:/Jeux/Steam/Steam.exe
-applaunch 300 -fullscreen -novid -condebug -width 1024 -height 768 -dxlevel 90
-heapsize 512000 +clientport 27006 &> /tmp/dod-source.wine.log &
