What do You mean by a download showing the problem? 
The program is available for download (5.4Mb) here:

As for regression testing, I have just created an account
to report this problem. I tried following the directions,
but got some problems there too, first after downloading wine-git
some files were missing, didn't take a note but I think something 
ending with mailto. Second downloaded the dependencies for compiling
and after running

> CC="ccache gcc -m32" ./configure --verbose

I get 2 Warnings: No OpenGl library found and FreeType development files
not found. This also states to do 'make depend && make' to compile wine,
while the direction state 'make clear && make'.

I tried compiling, but obviously it didn't work I would like to help out,
but seems I would need some help before I can.
