I believe this may be 64bit related (or an isolated case).

I have a regular 32 bit system running Hardy Heron and it works for me.

Also, if you do not pass a fully quallified URI, it worn't work (i.e.
winehq.org vs. http://winehq.org). Not sure if your URI included the http://
(I've made that error  a few times).

Anyway, as stated, no issues using 0.9.60 (or any recent 0.9.5X) on a 32 bit
system.
