Well IMHO regression is if something did work but doesn't anymore. Even if its
because of a new feature...

It's not the only regression in WC3 since i cant tab to desktop (directX) or
loose all textures (opengl) since 9.60. Yes i will report that regression.

And i don't want to blame people for not fixing this bug. I just cant
understand why Andrey Turkin's patch should be in stable. Are there any
benefits?
