the regression report was for the failure of the program to appear even with
over-riding the riched20 dll.  I would assume the richedit problems will get
fixed whenever they get fixed but seeing as WINE is heading toward a final
release I thought something should be done about the regression which occurred
with whatever setup program these files are using.
