Can't seem to find a demo version, I'm afraid. I think it might be part of
certain Office 2003 packages however (I got mine through the MSDNAA, so I can't
tell you which ones).

As for crash output, do you mean something other than the console output I
attached? If so, how can I go about getting it - this is a very reproducible
bug!
