I finally solved my problem by executing the following program, from a shell :
$ regsrv32 /usr/lib32/wine/rsaenh.dll.so 

Now I've got other displaying problems but the bug description by this bug
report has been solved for me.

Note to future readers : For 32-bits architectures, try to substitue /usr/lib32
by /usr/lib .
