Hi, I got a similar error message on another software.

The software named Foxy, you can find more information on appdb[1].  I tested
the software with wine-1.0-rc1 on a x86 laptop, and it throwed 'Unhandled
exception' on 'page fault on read access to 0x00000020' too.
