I can confirm this bug - the image edit window has caused Digital Photo
Professional to crash, although processes are still running. 

I upgrade Wine on each new release and have found that the last version which
works with DPP is wine-0.9.56. All subsequent releases, including wine-1.0-rc1
suffer from this problem.

Before the DPP window disappears, the following message is reported:

> fixme:win:GetWindowPlacement not supported on other process window 0x2005c


I am running DPP version 3.2.0.4 on Fedora 8.
