I am also using the arial32.exe from sourceforge (as I
recall, the same download url).  The md5sum is:

9637df0e91703179f0723ec095a36cb5  arial32.exe

My nfs mount options are: (bg, rw)

The only other thing that occurs to me is
that I have root_squash turned on in the
server exports file.

Perhaps other users can post their options
to see if there's any commonality...
