7fd52380-4e07-101b-ae2d-08002b2ec713 seems to be winhttp v5.

Wine's winhttp seems to be mostly a stub.

I suppose you could try installing winhttp 5.0.  Microsoft
no longer offers the download (as far as I know), but you can
get it from
http://www.pipeboost.com/winhttp.asp

I've never tried this and this is beyond my ken.  If it ends up
being useful, I can add it to winetricks.  Good luck.
