Any update on this?  I can confirm this happens still with the latest CVS
build.  Alt+tab keeps the window on top, I have to hold down ctrl+F2 to
eventually switch to desktop 2.

Dual logging has serious issues because both windows fight to be "On top". 
This didn't used to happen.

Cedega does not suffer with this issue, but I'd really like to make the full
switch to wine, because other than this, the game runs great, really great.
