Please describe the problem again! If the problem with not properly mapped axes
- remap them using registry and described here:
http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys

This is something that can not be fixed for joydev. It returns all axis and
POVs as a list of axis.

Also try using evdev instead of joydev driver - remove /dev/js* and
/dev/input/js*. Make sure you have access to /dev/input/event? device
corresponding to your joystick.
