Added keyword and URL. I should also note that there are two installers for
this, gtk-dev-2.12.9-win32-1.exe and gtk-dev-2.12.9-win32-2.exe. Both fail to
install with the same result. The installer for gtkmm for win32 also installs
these packages, as a part of its dependencies, which also fail at the same
point.
