[Bug 13445] Wine 1.0-rc2 fails to compile on Fedora 9

CORRECTION - the build order is as follows (and still fails with the same
error)

1) downloaded wine-1.0-rc2.tar.bz2
2) untarred archive
3) cd /usr/src/wine-1.0-rc2
3) ./compile                 
4) make depend && make
