I've narrowed this down to between 0.9.58 and 0.9.59 using releases I have
already built. The crash is in SHFileOperationW
(http://source.winehq.org/source/dlls/shell32/shlfileop.c#L1241), and James
Hawkins made some patches that touch that between those versions (I'd CC him,
but he says it's not needed).
