I'd REALLY like to see this bug fixed as Cool Edit Pro is a very powerful tool.
Also this bug also occurs in 2.1 version as well as Adobe Audition (same
thing).
What i found strange is that Audition 1.5 doesn't have this problem, yet the
older cool edit and audition 1 does.. did they solve the problem first? or
wasn't it a problem - 'cause 1.5 isn't really that different - it doesn't
really have any major changes to the code - just spectrum editing and some
extra filters..
