Confirming. Mysterious bug.... I tried a few hacks to get further but it still
hangs. There 's an endless sequence of GetMenuItemInfoA and some other calls. I
guess it's a bug in wine's usere32. I downloaded from
http://www.idilis.ro/downloads/file/cepsetup.exe
