Wine doesn't share code with ReactOS, it's ReactOS who uses Wine
code, often simply by taking Wine code without any reference to
original source or authors, and places it under GPL, giving nothing
in return.

Linking to ReactOS buys Wine nothing except bad publicity IMHO.

Besides, there is no any difference .com or .org it is.
