I know it's fglrx related, probably the same issue as this bug (posted by me)

but it seems that no one's too much interested in fixing it because nVidia
users don't have any problem and they think that preventing all ATI/fglrx users
to use D3D is not a so big problem... or at least this has been my
impression...
