It's confirmed fake.  The fake also required .NET 2.0 installed to run the fake
installer.  

The original program is available here
http://download.quest3d.com/Demos/Quest3D_Demo_AzureTemple.exe

With wine-1.1.7, geforce 8,177.80. Both the fake and the real, I see a small
overlay but the rest is black and with OffscreenRenderingMode set to fbo, I see
the same as in the original reported screenshots.
