The program installs in 1.1.7 with winetricks dotnet20.

The installed program starts up, but immediately pops up an error message box
that says "SQLsetEnvAttr SQL_ATTR_ODBC_VERSION". Clicking "ok" causes the
program to shut down with no messages in the console. If you don't click on the
error message, the program seems to work, at least insofar as I can tell. (I
don't speak German, so my testing was pretty limited.)
