I have 54-60 fps simply by adding  -OpenGl in the launch line ( e.g. ~$ wine
/path_to_wow/Wow.exe -OpenGl ) 

No tweak/modiff made in
[url="http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=17129"]Config.wtf[/url]  .

GF 7300 GT 256Mb on Ubuntu Hardy ( 32 bits version ) with 177.80 drivers
