Tested FPS in higly populated areas as asked ( sorry i didn't do'it before) and
the reult is:  Orgrimmar - 17-20 fps and latency 38 ms ( so is not caused by
latency) / Shattrath 15-20 fps latency 43 ms .At this point i can only say that
i confirm the bug.
