Dragging and dropping images or text shows a slashed O cursor instead of the
text/image with some transparency effect like under Windows. This gets spammed
in console:
fixme:shell:IDropTargetHelper_fnDragOver (0x15ad80)->(0x33e50c 0x80000007)
fixme:shell:IDropTargetHelper_fnDragOver (0x15ad80)->(0x33e50c 0x80000007)
...

Dragging the object outside of the window results in this message:
fixme:shell:IDropTargetHelper_fnDragLeave (0x153968)->()
fixme:shell:IDropTargetHelper_fnQueryInterface -- Interface: E_NOINTERFACE

or for tabs:
fixme:shell:IDropTargetHelper_fnDrop (0x15ad80)->(0xe0acc0 0x33e4d0 0x00000002)

Dragging tabs seems to work, but no graphic effect either and the same stuff
gets spammed.
