That is actually an annoying "feature" of DAZ3D's Bitrock installer. For some
strange reason DAZ3D feel it essential that the installer creates a scratch
directory at the root of whatever drive (or virtual drive in the case of Wine)
the installer is located on. Their older installers did not do this. I filed a
bug report with DAZ3D about this behaviour, as it is annnoying whatever OS you
are running the installer under, but they closed the report as won't fix.
