It is a BUG if I cannot install - what Wine HQ says I can do with it.

Where's your support channel if that's where I am suppose to start and I'll go
there - am I to assume that they will be just as gentle there.

As a new 3 day old Ubuntu user from the Windows world, why would anyone assume
that I would know what is a terminal output?  Are you asking for a print screen
for instance.  If you are referring to application, accessories and then
terminal, then I've got it.  Now what?  I assume that there is a command to be
entered in order to gain the output that I need to submit.  What's the command?
 If you can help, then I can give you your terminal output - as I have said now
for the third time.

I welcome those who can positively help me, help them - to fix my install
issues.  Thanks
