The mmap patch http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=17197 in
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13335 seems to remove the different
behaviour with WINEDEBUG=+d3d_shader. Since the same patch works, marking as
duplicate.
