Be careful.  While some developers may appreciate a bounty-driven working
environment that rewards them for focusing on what the community wants, others
may find it either insulting, or at least reflective of a misunderstanding of
why a given bug hasn't been fixed.  You may want to ask a more general question
of what you can do to help the developers fix the problem.
