I stubbed out gdiplus to the point that native should not be needed anymore
to reach this exception.

I looked at the RSS related exception for a bit but found nothing conclusive.
Wireshark tells me that the feed is received in full and since Wireshark is
able to parse it I assume it's not something in the RSS feed itself.

I also suspected our dotnet installation for while so I copied one from
Windows, but it made no difference.
