There is no regression around.

Vampire Bloodlines does not work well with GLSL, and as GLSL was activated with
wine 9.49, it looks like there was a regression in the game, but when you
deactivate GLSL everything is fine again.

Also without GLSL the framerate is almost twice :)

I described the same in bug 15562.
