Yes, Steam is <underlined>too slow in general.</underlined>
Steam uses 100% CPU, and moving the main windows is almost impossible, its just
too slow. 

Wine ver: 1.1.9
CPU: Intel Quad at 2,83Ghz
RAM: 4GB
