Updated version of mmap patch against git from 28/11/2008

The original mmap patch was made before some restructuring in ntdll. During the
restructuring some code was removed causing this patch not to apply anymore.
This patch was made against git from 28/11/2008 but it should also work fine
against 1.1.9.
