confirming. Apparently it gets further using native oleaut32, but i used V17
trial from downloadsite. Joseph ,could you try if the following works around
the bug for you as well:

wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks && sh winetricks vcrun6

WINEDLLOVERRIDES="oleaut32=n" wine Setup.exe

also, it looks like it needs msxml4 lateron, didn't test really further for now
