That wouldn't help, because there are actually DLLs missing. They're called
"x3daudio1_*.dll", "xactengine2_*.dll", "xapofx1_*.dll" and "xaudio2_*.dll".
Drakensang for example refuses to start due to the missing DLLs unless you
suply the native versions.

My understanding is that these DLLs are part of the newer DirectX packages
(somewhere from June 2008 onward).
