With 1.1.6, after using winetricks to install the Visual Basic 5 runtime and
common controls, the application successfully starts. While there were message
boxes complaining about a missing cursor device, they were the result of the
lack of a tablet device on the system I tested the app on. Although I did not
test this on a machine with a tablet device, the described problem seems to be
fixed.
