In my case this is solved, i am the one who submitted a bug like this but
insted using dual screen, i was using the default computer destop at 1366x768,
and with another computer a xdmcp session to the first computer. I can say that
the parts of the wine windows that are above the 1st screen resolution now are
painted. I think this should be marked as RESOLVED.
