Tested Wine git 1.1.7-46 and minimizing via FLStudio works, and clicking the
Gnome (2.24.1) Window List task bar button unminimizes FLStudio correctly.  The
extraneous tiny window (about 20x30 size) is no longer on the desktop.  This is
a huge improvement in that it makes a catastrophically minimized FLStudio now
non-catastrophic (aka you would lose all your work otherwise, if not saved).

Remaining (minor, even trivial) problems are that the Window List right click
menu has the minimize item greyed out when the Window is unminimized (and
clicking the button does not do a minimize), and unminimize item greyed out
when the window is minimized.
