I tried installing DNS10 today, and ended up with the same error. I also tried
installing it under VMWare, and encountered a similar problem. After some
Googling, I learned that the security certificate on the cab file isn't
trusted. A work around is to install DNS without the language components
(ENUGen~1.cab) is one - mark them as "Install on demand". This lets the install
complete successfully.
