Yes, verified that it was really removed.

But ...
The problem starts after having changed the Windows Version to Windows 98.
Thereafter, re-running winecfg exhibits the problem.

Changing the Windows Version to XP or 2000 does not cause the problem.
However, I want to run Windows Version 98.
Why should that cause a problem?
