OK now I got the patch to go through.  But I still get an error when Safelog is
starting:  

Error 429 (ActiveX component can't create object) on line 20 in Function OpenDB
of Module modDatabase

To fix this problem:
   Most probably one of the libraries used by safelog is missing or has become
corrupted.
   Please download the most recent Safelog installation and re-install safelog.

If I close this error box, it loads a little further and then more show up.
