Yes it seems smiler to Bug15062 , except that the EXE in BUG 15062 only appears
once in the taskbar of kwin.

Also the frame window looks a bit diffrent (once can still see the frame
window, while in FlashFXP you can't even see this frame (see attached picture).

But i think the bug behind this will be same, since FlashFXP is written in
Borland Delphi too.

Then it seems that TMEGEnc is written too in Delphi, since it shows the same
problems.

I'll wait for a new version of wine, too see if it is fixed or not.
