[Bug 15094] Wine won't install FAA Safelog

Sure, the program opens just fine, but it is stuck in demo mode until I can
unlock it.  I have the key, so I go to the screen to input it.  I put my info
in the form and hit submit.  The program should approve the code and unlock
itself right away, instead it continues to a new screen for a manual unlock
where you get a long 'confetti' code from an email and paste it into a new
form.  When I hit submit on this form, a message box (windows style) pops up
with:  Error 3251 (Operation is not supported for this type of object) on line
40 in Sub SaveUnlockCodeinDB of module basAFElogbook. I hit OK to get rid of
that windows error box and I see a screen that says "Unlock Success!  Thank you
for purchasing this software."  But when I return to the program, it is still
in demo mode.  I don't think it is an internet connection issue because the
program can connect to see if I have the most recent version and to download
aiport databases, it just can't seem to get itself out of demo mode.  

I also did the regedit thing to make sure, but that didn't change anything.
