Actually it doesn't even start with a gdiplus from wine.

It's sufficient to return something to token in GdiplusStartup:
I returned *token = 1 for test.

Then it starts and crashes immediately due the following unimplemented calls:

GdipCloneBitmapAreaI (crashes on it)
GdipComment
GdipConvertToEmfPlusToFile
